About Javier Lozada

Javier Lozada is a South Florida based Director of Photography with ten years of experience in video/film production.  Starting out as a cameraman for local corporate and event productions, his connections with a few of the area’s production houses lead him to work as a camera operator on broadcast and short-form online content while sharpening his skills in order to start leading the camera department on a couple of independent films. A native of Lima, Peru, Javier graduated from Florida International University with a degree in Advertising and now lives with his wife in Miami and enjoys cycling, running, and pursuing his love for photography which in turn leads to his career path as a filmmaker.
