
About Victor Hugo Ferreira
Victor Hugo Ferreira, originally born in Colombia and presently living in Miami, Florida, is a graduate film student with a degree in Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Digital Film and Video Production from Miami International University of Art and Design. He already has a degree of Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Social Communication obtained in Colombia and has worked on scientific documentaries for educational institutions such as Autonomous University of Bucaramanga (UNAB) and Industrial University of Santander (UIS).
His film influences began at the age of seven with movies such as STAR WARS and KING KONG and influenced by outstanding Hollywood directors such as Steven Spielberg, George Lucas, James Cameron, Stanley Kubrick, Alfred Hitchcock, Guillermo del Toro, Ridley Scott, Frances Ford Coppola, and Quentin Tarantino. His constant passion is to create, write, direct, and produce independent science fiction, horror, and action films. Among the wide variety of audiovisual products that he has created such as short films, documentaries, music videos, and experimental films, his film credits include Assistant Director of “Rose of el Rio”(2018), Director/Writer/Editor of “Till Death Do We Part”(2017), 2nd Assistant Director/Assistant Camera of “Stillborn”(2017), 1st Assistant Camera of “Animus”(2016), Gaffer of “Betrayal”(2015), and most recently as Line Producer of “Lay Me Down to Sleep” and “ANTONI-A”, both shorts from M2 Miguel Miller Films.
